First Introductory call was very conversational and the DOS I spoke to was very kind! He had my best interest in mind but there were no current job openings for my level of experience to fill.

Quick online interview to start, just prompts no real person there. Following that there is an phone call with a sales manager. After this I had to recuse myself because I took another job. Good people
First round interview was video recordings of yourself. Not difficult questions as they were all situational/behavioral but slightly unnatural to just speak to a camera if you don’t practice for it

The interview was more informal than anything else and with regional manager. He seemed quick to judge my experience in the industry (2yrs); which is certainly enough for an Associate Role. Nonetheless, it didn't feel like it would be a good fit for me so I took myself out of the process later on that week.
