The on-site interview was a full day jam-packed with interviews, tours, and meals. We had an initial company overview at the beginning and then went into three individual interviews with different staff. That was about 2 hours of interviews. After the interviews, there was lunch and then tours of the varying facilities (including their cadaver lab) and we ended with dinner out with the current and form GDP employees. Overall, it was a really long day, but there was a lot of fun events added in to help with the length. Getting dinner with the GDP employees was especially helpful because it really helped show the company culture.
