The interview took place via Zoom and the partner and manager that interviewed me were both very respectful, uplifting and kind people. They asked me a lot of questions about my experience and background. I currently am not not a CPA, but that is my end goal. In order to become a supervisor, I was told I would have to become a CPA. Which I actually found to be encouraging and motivated me enough to sign up to take 1/3 of my remaining exams before my credits expire. The interview ended with them asking if I could meet with two other team members at 4 pm that same day. It was a very laid back interview process in my opinion and went pretty smooth. I received an offer within a few days and they have excellent communication skills.
