Very pathetic, just wasting the candidates time,
No proper instructions
The interview consists of 20 psychometric questions with 5 options don't know what do they want to determine from your response plus they tell you to write an essay about topic.
They also don't tell anything about your interview performance & Tell that you have not cleared the test
They conduct a challenging assessment test which includes different categories that picks your brain. You can take as much time as needed and once cleared you'll move on to interview.

Entrevista
The process had a written round followed by HR round and CEO round.First round contains a pic based logical test.I cleared the first round and got to know the HR was busy. Not sure why they werent prepared even when I had informed them 7 days in advance. Also after the HR round which was telephonic, I never got an answer if I had cleared or not cleared the interview. I wish they were a little more professional in their transactions as even I had left my commitments to attend the interview. Every company is expected to be a little more respectful.
