The process started with resume screening, followed by an onsite pen paper test consisting of aptitude and technical questions mainly focused on HTML, ReactJS, Python, and MySQL. After that, the candidates who were shortlisted were invited for a personal interview after almost half an hour. In the interview, most of the questions were centered around my resume and projects. They also went over the questions I attempted incorrectly or skipped in the test, discussing my approach and thinking..Overall, it was a smooth experience.
