The process started pretty good. I had 3 rounds of interviews on the lapse of 10 days, one with the recruiter, then with a director and then with an AVP of Client Services. I even got a linkedin message from the CEO wishing me good luck. All the interviews were good conversations and thought there was good rapport so I was surprised I didn't continue the process and was sent a generic rejection email. The only reason I'm not assigning a positive experience is because I do believe for the time dedicated to interviewing and working on the practicum there should be a better explanation on why the candidate is not continuing the process.

The interview process at SmartBug is very long. I spoke with 4 different people before an offer was extended. It was time-consuming, but it is a thorough interview to ensure that you know how to do the job that you are applying for.
