Applied online, and was reached out to by a recruiter to schedule a a phone screening. I was very appreciative of how communicative she was during the entire process (start to finish). After a basic phone call with the recruiter, I was reached out to by the hiring manager to go over more detail in the role and answer any questions I had. He seemed very interested in what I had to say and could see my interest in the role. Was reached out to nearly immediately to schedule an onsite interview to meet 4 members of the team along with the recruiter. The onsite lasted roughly 2.5 hours and was mostly based on my background and gauging culture fit. A couple technical questions were asked but nothing crazy. Heard back quickly that I made it to the case study round. I turned around the case study in about 4 days, and send it in for review. The hiring manager then called me in for a presentation where the CEO was present to touch base. Everyone was extremely genuine and asked great questions about my case. I heard back a few hours after the presentation that they would like to proceed to make an offer. After checking references, I was offered the position the next day and accepted.

Simple easy, mostly behavioral and fit questions. Very proud of their growth and the start up culture. Make sure you are willing to work where a part of what you make is going to be company stock and the potential upside from it.

My initial application was for a position that I feel I was qualified for, but the in-house recruiter recommended me for a more senior position I was in no way qualified for. This led to a disappointing last round interview in which I was basically dismissed from the start.
