They first took telephonic interview after than the written test on Asp.Net they took my 2 rounds of technical interview and then i waited for VP round for an hour but then they said VP is not available and after they took HR round and asked me to give interview on webex and after then i tried reaching them for the final round but they were delaying and after making so much of calls i just got the reply that they have put the position on hold. It is pathetic one they are wasting others time.

interview process was very bed. i was surprise interviewer has less experienced. he has some question in their notebook and asking same question to me. even they have no idea how to take interview of senior people. they are asking same question in which they facing problem in development. they do not know how to communicate . i was surprised to management how giving him chance to take interview.
