4 Stage Interview: (1) HR (by phone and teams); (2) Senior Business Manager; (3) Head of Operations; (4) CEO. Super quick process, all done in less than a week, they value in person contact when possible.

No task-based interview took place, only conversations about the candidates' profile, main motivations and what would you do in X situation regarding a role responsibility.
Really smooth and well structured. Interviewer was super nice and explained the job in great detail. There was first a group interview, then a solo interview and then an interview with the Regional Manager.
