interview test was done one paper. You have to write code with paper and pen. The tests weren't that hard, if you don't do well in the first part, you don't get to do the second. I think the two test was designed to be completed in less than an hour but there's no set time limit, I went well beyond as I had to rewrite my messy handwriting and scribbles. The director is looking for intelligence. He said you can teach a smart person anything, but you cant teach someone to be smart.
