My recruitment process involved three distinct stages. The first was a relatively straightforward Zoom call with the recruiter, which essentially functioned as a basic meet-and-greet. The second step was considerably more detailed, involving an in-person meeting with the General Manager of the facility. Lastly, there was a rather pointless in-person meeting with the VP.
