Very informal, your history as a member frames the majority of the interview. Plenty of time allocated to ask questions and clarify any misconceptions you may have. Imagine yourself as a member, in image therapy, answering questions from your consultant, really isn’t a right or wrong answer, it’s completely about getting to know you on a personal level

Very good friendly process, face to face interview approximately 30 minutes, more of a chat than a interview relaxed atmosphere you will talk a lot so sip some water. Not difficult

It was a very friendly endly and relaxed interviews with 2 lovely ladies, one was a team developer and the other was a district manager. They made me feel at ease immediately. Once the interview was over I heard directly from the team developer later that day that I had been successful.
