There are several steps to the interview process. Phone interview, an online timed assessment and an in-person interview. The phone interview was about 10-15 minutes and was basically setting up the in-person interview. The online assessment has to be completed before you receive the in-person interview. The in person interview was about an hour and covers company culture and interview questions. After this point, you either receive an offer letter or rejection letter.
