Had an interview with the recruiter by phone. It was very unorganized. First they sent me an calendar invite to a virtual meeting. They didn't show up. Then I emailed them and followed up only to get another meeting invite days later. They eventually showed up to the meeting but it felt very rushed. Not a good experience
