I applied in June and about 5 weeks later I was contacted by HR for a phone screening. Pretty straight forward conversation about my experience. Within a few days, I was contacted to set up an interview with the hiring manager. I felt it was a solid interview. I was told that someone would follow up within a few days. That was 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. I despite following up twice with HR, I received no response. Ghosting a candidate is never appropriate.
