Telephone screen, HR discussion for priority/ expectation setting (no expected pay discussion), 1 principal interview, 1 case interview with the team, 1 practice lead interview, 1 gm interview. You need to go to Slalom office for each round as theses rounds are in person. Good experience. Everybody was exceptionally good and friendly from Slalom side. I enjoyed the whole interview process. I got an offer but we could not move ahead because mismatch in offer vs. expectation. Only negative thing in the whole process: They should talk about expected salary during the phone screening.

Relatively straight forward interview process, it included conversations with the recruiter -> senior consultant -> senior manager + case study -> Director. Roughly took about 3 weeks in total, the second half was in-person at their SF downtown office location.
