Very low kew. Met for lunch with current cross-market team leader. Casual conversation and behavioral interview- type questions. He asked me questions about my resume and past work experience. I was not applying for any technical jobs. Had I done that, the interview would have apparently been different.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
