A painful process that is ambiguous and unnecessarily long. The process consisted of 4 interviews that all took place on different days. I was never given an overview of where I was at in the process and when I asked that very question I was given answers like well it is up to you what the next steps are. Very odd and unorganized process.
The recruiters used words like congratulations and the door is wide open which led you to believe that an offer was forthcoming when it only meant another interview was being lined up.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
