I applied on the very simple and convenient online application tool and received a response within hours to arrange a phone interview. The phone interview was great - very relaxed conversational and friendly with the ultimate aim of getting an overview of my experience and also giving me some information about Slalom. The next stage was to meet with the Talent Manager for a more in depth capability/experience interview. Again, this was quite relaxed and very friendly, and I left with a great feeling of excitement to explore more about the company and progress with my application. I met with several other people on various occasions in the local offices before I had my final interview with the senior leaders. The insights I gained from these meetings and the Golden Ticket events made my decision to proceed very easy. End to end the process took about 3 months and was pretty enjoyable for an interview process to be fair!
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
