Initially I had lunch with someone from the group so that we could both learn more. After that, I had an in-person interview with a recruiter, which consisted of explaining my background and interest. I was then invited in for an interview loop, which consisted of 3 interviews that both assessed my technical and soft skills.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
