The interview process was both relaxed and demanding. I got the sense that through casual conversations I was being assessed on both my technical and soft skills - both of which seemed equally important. Slalom was very flexible and accommodating and I felt welcomed. My technical assessment was involving, but I was given the opportunity to do it on my time. I got a chance to interview with a cross-section of the company which helped me to better determine "fit". Once hired, the HR on-boarding process was straightforward. Overall, Slalom's recruiting staff worked closely with me throughout. They were very open, informative, and responsive.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
