I was referred by a third party. There were a total of three interviews over the course of four weeks all over the phone/Skype. They offered to fly me out for a final interview if I would prefer to do so in person rather than over the phone. My Slalom recruiter maintained constant contact and was a great resource and help during the interview process.

They asked technical questions regarding SQL, database structure, and business intelligence (Tableau) calculation abilities. They also asked how I handle/completed projects that would result in drastic change to the company.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
