I met with the recruiter to discuss the different practice areas of Slalom and where I would be a best fit. The recruiter and I both agreed on the practice and she reached back out to me when they were ready to begin the interview process. Overall, I was kept well informed of where everything in the process stood and felt that the timeline and overall process was fairly quick given that they were upfront about the practice I was joining being relatively new.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
