I had a very positive interview process, starting with my very first interaction with the Slalom recruiter. I began by speaking with one office, and decided to pursue a role in a different Slalom location. I was quickly connected with the new recruiter, and she was amazingly responsive and helpful at explaining the process and connecting me with the interviewers each step along the way. My interviews included a technical interview about my experience and skills, a group case interview, a peer interview, and a couple 1:1 behavioral interview with technical skill follow up questions.

Which capability in Org Effevtiveness are most interested in working on here?
For the first round of interviews for an internship position, it was heavily behavioral and experience-based. I was asked about past work experience, projects, accomplishments, and "tell me about a time when..." scenarios. Also questions about why I wanted to work at the company. Very straight-forward.

This was an informal informational interview for 30 min via Zoom with a current employee of the firm to chat more about the actual work performed. I was referred to the interviewer by a classmate who used to work with them.

Entrevista
Referred to recruiter by current employee. First had an informational call with my recruiter, which was a pretty standard phone screen! Then I had a 45-ish minute long Teams meeting with the recruiter, followed by another Teams meeting with a Principle, and finally a Teams meeting with a Sr Director. The whole process happened over about 3-4 weeks and every single person was very personable and informative.
