An internal recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about an opening. I spoke with the intial recruiter to see if it was a fit, a recruiting manager about long-term goals, a tech screen, a call with a senior employee about consultant behaviors, and then a call with a senior employee in my chapter. All in all, they were very responsive and transparent. We were both honest with what we wanted, and it aligned so they made an offer that I accepted.

-Have you ever had to deliver bad news to a client?
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.

Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
