I went through all of the interviews and aced them all. They said they were impressed by me and they loved the experience that I could bring to the table. After about three months of interviews I was told I was "offer eligible" meaning they'll hire me when they sell work. They said they had an internal opportunity and I had a call with the person I was supposed to work with. I though this meant I landed the job. However, since that final interview and being told I am "offer eligible" I have been waiting around for 3 months to hear back. Recruiter that reached out has ghosted me and stopped replying to my emails. Overall pretty horrible HR team that doesn't coordinate with potential employees at all and waste your time.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
