Had 4 interviews, 2 technical, 2 behavioral.
All interviews were done through Teams to accommodate for the pandemic.
First two technical interviews were focused on my work with a few knowledge questions sprinkled in. The focus was mainly to see what I knew rather than just quiz me. The first behavioral was to see how well I'd extract requirements from a client, second behavioral was focused on the company and how they operated - questions were encouraged.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
