The recruiting lead reached out to me to conduct a first round interview. We discussed my experience and career goals. She then set up a second round interviews with the department lead and the hiring manager, which were done separately and virtually. The recruiting lead was very thorough, clear on next steps, and responded to me in a timely manner.

What is your leadership style? How have you handled difficult situations or people? Describe how you influence without direct leadership? Why are you interested in being a consultant?
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.

Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
