The interview process lasted a quick 4 weeks. The main recruiter was incredibly helpful in guiding the process, by being responsive, understanding, and authentic. I had one behavioral interview, one technical Interview, one case study, and a final interview with the office leader. Each interviewee impressed me with their passion for Slalom and knowledge of their solutions.

Final Interview - Specific questions they may have left unanswered in other interviews.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
