Interview started with phone screening followed by 4 rounds of interviews. You typically meet your manager, have a technical interview, an interview with a team member, and an interview with the head of the practice. They were extremely responsive through the process and really did let me know what was going on and set my expectations accordingly.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
