I spoke with the recruiter by phone after being referred by a current employee. I was then set up with a phone interview with a team member who worked on the team I was being considered for. I was then invited for an in-person interview where I had 2 1-on-1 interviews with senior members at the firm.

Describe a time/past experience where the project didn't go as planned. What did you do and how did you handle?
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
