The interview process was one of the best I have experienced. The recruiting team was highly organized and accommodating. We could go as fast or as slow as what worked for my schedule. The interviewers were well prepared and represented good diversity of thought from different areas of the business and different levels of the organization. Despite the diversity, the interviewers all shared a love for what they do, an emphasis on doing the right things for their clients, and an emphasis on culture and people as the backbone of the company's success. The interview questions were not hard and not meant to stump you. There were however well thought out to get the best understanding of who you are and how you think.

I love Slalom's approach to interviewing. You are set up with a number of diverse individuals to have semi-formal conversations about what drives you and where you might be a fit at their company. It's a refreshing change.
