There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then an in-person skills assessment with a current senior-level consultant. Once you get the go-ahead, there is a practical case study with 5 questions to answer, and then finally interviews with a Practice Area Director and Managing Director. Each of these interactions could constitute a separate "round", but can be combined as well for ease of scheduling.
Overall the recruiting experience was organized, very smooth, and everyone was welcoming.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
