I went through a college on-campus recruitment process. My first round included a behavioral and a case interview, each lasted about 45 minutes and they both very conversational. My second round was three interviews-- a panel case interview (data analysis case for this role, and the dataset was given to me 2 days in advance and I had to present my findings), followed by two behavioral interviews. The interviewers are all friendly and aren't trying to trip you up.
