I was approached by a recruiter via LinkedIn. The holidays fell in the middle of the process, so while my initial screening conversation was at the start of December, my final interviews were not until the third week of January. The interviews were followed by a step in the process called "desire to hire" during which Slalom was waiting for the right outlook in the pipeline before making a formal offer. During this period the recruiting team stayed in excellent communication with me over mail, email and phone to keep me in the loop.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
