Interview process included a phone interview, followed by two rounds of three in-person interviews at the Slalom office. The first round of in-person interviews were with peer level Slalom team members; the second round included member of Slalom leadership. Interviews were all generally more of a conversation rather than feeling like a formulaic series of questions.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
