I was referred from another Slalom employee. The process involved a phone screen and multiple in-person interviews, including 1 30-minute case interview and 2 additional visits. The visits included meetings with leadership in the particular practice area in which I applied as well as office leadership.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
