Slalom has a nice, well-rounded interview process which I felt was very personalized and consensus based. The people I had interviewed with were very pleasant & at the same time tactful in reviewing my candidature.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
