Just wanted to post here that some of these glowing reviews about transparency with recruiters can be misleading. I recently had an experience where a recruiter told me that I was the right cultural fit (after an initial phone screen) but that there wasn't a position in the appropriate practice area for me. I helped a friend get an internal referral and they were later offered a position in the very area that I was told didn't have positions. Message to Slalom - if you pride yourself on honesty and transparency, truly be honest and transparent...the world isn't as big as it seems.
