I met Slalom at a meetup they were hosting, great introduction to the company culture and the team itself! The interview process was extremely smooth and very enjoyable, the hiring team made sure the candidate was in the loop at all times with quick responses and constant feedback, a critical pillar of Slalom's core values. First I had coffee with someone on the hiring team, which helped to ease into the interview process itself. For the first round of interviews, I spent a half day in the office, meeting with four different people of the team, about 45 minutes back to back. This may sound strenuous, but Slalom made the whole process very enjoyable, constantly checked in, and the interviews themselves were difficult, but that's because Slalom really wants to ensure you are a good fit for the company in all aspects. After this round, the hiring team was quick to get back with feedback and schedule the final round, with two leaders of the Slalom office. The entire process took about 3 weeks. They got back within 48 hours of my last interview. While I was interviewing, it was really helpful to get constant constructive feedback from the team, which is representative of my journey at Slalom. Really great organization with awesome and some of the brightest (and coolest) minds you'll work with!
