Process was extended due to the company being a start up and waiting to hire as business came in the door. Interviewed with several people. Main focus was to make sure of a mutual cultural fit. Skills/Experience was a close second. Recruiter kept me in the loop through the extended process and was always upfront and honest.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
