Submitted application via LinkedIn. Received email requesting phone interview within 3 days with HR, then follow up with Manager 1 week post. They let me know within 3 days result of interview. Recruiter was incredibly nice and helpful. Gave me a through review post interview citing why I did not get the offer which I really appreciated.
