After a round of one on one interviews, my final interview was a presentation with a panel. This was the only take-home exercise of the interview process, and it was clearly instructed to timebox how much investment I put in the project. It felt respectful of my time and commitments, unlike at other organizations where take-home exercises took 10-20 hours of unpaid labor.
