Quick and to the point. They really wanted someone they could mold and didn't care about your prior experience. Interviewed with the district manager, then store manager and then the store manager and assistant manager (Said he wanted to get his input time .since I'd be working for both of them). I ended up being told after I started that I would be working at another location. So 3 interviews for a part time job was not a very effective use of everyone's time especially when I got hired for a different location. (Same manager but different asst manager)
