Everyone was very welcoming. It was a pleasant experience, and is different to other 1:1 interviews, as it was a relaxed environment. The interview process as a whole was very laid back and didn't quite feel like an interview. The process was simple and explained before it began. It started with a task, a tour, and then the interview where the interviewer wrote down notes.

The technical assessment focused on real-world frontend challenges — implementing responsive layouts, optimizing performance, and managing state using modern frameworks such as React and Redux. I appreciated that the questions went beyond syntax, exploring deeper concepts like component reusability, code maintainability, and accessibility standards.
