The interview process was very busy there were multiple people jumping in and out of the meeting. Considering it was a virtual interview I found it to be very unprofessional and distracting.

Was very smooth spoke with the recruiter Megan and then met the team for the interview. Very open and friendly environment. Used the STAR method to help express my experience with individual and how issue or concerns were resolved.

They asked me how to use the STAR method for an altercation I’ve experienced. Explained where a customer was upset due to communication errors and was able to assist to the best of my abilities and to put the care ofe customer first while still maintaining company protocol.
