I was contacted by the HR via Naukri. I informed clearly about my experience and area of expertise. First round was technical on Java coding , DS and some scenario based question. I cleared that .In the second round it was framework design and API automation and that was also cleared. Next round was supposed to be the HM round , suddenly HR person called and asked for a hacker rank assessment with Java coding and Mobile automation framework development for amazon site. I mentioned initially only that i have limited mobile automation experience. She said it's fine you complete the assessment, i invested 5 days of time to do all the appium and sdk set up and completed the assessment and submitted it. At the last round the hiring manager asked me Java codes and remaining everything from mobile automation . I wrote the codes and gave my best in mobile automation with the limited experience i had. After few days i got the feedback that the hiring manager is not impressed with my mobile automation skills. So after mentioned everything at the beginning this was the feedback . When i asked she mentioned that when i started the interview it was not for mobile but that position is got filled and they wanted me in mobile and nothing was conveyed to me. Such unprofessional they are. They have successfully wasted 2-3 weeks of time. This is worst interview experience i had in my career. Never ever go for this company . Even during pandemic period they fired more than 150 people that i came to know later. So save your precious time and go for some other better, professional organization.
