This conversation centered on overall fit, professionalism, and customer service philosophy. The GM asked about my strengths, work ethic, and how I deliver exceptional customer experiences. Throughout the process, communication was clear and timely, and the entire team was professional and welcoming. Overall, it was a positive and efficient interview experience.
