I applied online and HR reached out to schedule a series of phone interviews. The primary conversations consisted of mainly personality questions and reviewing a personality quiz I took prior to the call. After two phone calls I was invited to an onsite where I met directly with the CEO. The CEO is an incredible person, great energy, and seemed very passionate about this company, push the bad HR and unhappy employees aside and I almost considered working at Six Spoke to work with him. The office vibe was incredibly off, HR was moody and unprofessional, and multiple employees mentioned there was no work life balance. I decided to decline my offer.
