I got an email to schedule a scanning call, basic and simple questions were asked: why do you want to work with us, expected salary, experience, etc. After that I received and email to schedule an interview with a hiring manager, which was confirmed. That day, I was ghosted... I connected and waited online for almost 15 mins, so I sent a message that I was on our scheduled interview and it was until 3 hours later when I got a response saying that the position was on hold and the will contact me later when they are ready to move forward.
